**** note**** photos are taking forever, I will try again tomorrow.
We went to Florida! It was good, nice weather, lots of fun stuff to do. Moira was good, she got her own room with a king size bed and a dvd player. Grady was recovering from croup and ear infection so we had a few rough nights and lots of early morning (6 am or earlier) so it wasn't overly relaxing but still nice to get away. He really took off with his walking over the week, he is not 95% walking, only crawls when he is hesitant about something. He loved the ocean, wanted to be IN the ocean, so that was also not relaxing. Moira and dad swam a lot. Grady didn't really like to be held in the pool, wanted to do it himself, which didn't really work. He was pretty good on the plane. Moira was awesome on the plane! I took about 650 pics, but as we all know my blogger is horribly slow so that's why I don't ever blog anymore. But here are a few of the best!
Not much else new here. The kids both have colds. Again. When is it spring??? Chirs has been working a lot, he finally got a weekend off. We went to a hotel for the night for valentines day. Thanks to grandparents Russell for babysitting!
Moi has been asking a lot of questions about God. I guess they talk about it a lot at school. One of my favories "Is God Real? If he is, why doesn't he come to our house for dinner?" and in the car out of nowhere "who made God?" Also today she said "YOu are the best mommy ever, I am going to tell God! Can he always hear me?" I said yes. She said "GOD! MOMMY IS THE BEST MOMMY EVER!" She also said "I love you. I'd love you more though if you let me do anything that I want. Did you hear me?"

So I taught Grady something! There are 2 steps down into Moira's closet/mini playroom. He had been crawling faceforward down. This is fine the first step b/c it's not that big but the second one he inevitably konks his head when he crawls face first. I've been spinning him around and saying "backwards backwards". Well today I decided to let him try it himself and see if he could do it. He totally did! AND you probably won't believe me, but I swear to God he said "backwards" while doing it. Twice. I thought this last week a couple of times but now I am sure. Moira even said "He said backwards!".Oh and did I mention he took his first steps? He did! Just a week shy of turning 11 months. He can walk about a foot from furniture to furniture. Not too far yet, but getting there. He's been trying for a few weeks but he hadn't figured out yet the top half of his body needs to move with the bottom half until now.

I had to wake Grady up from his nap to go get Moi from school. He was sleeping on his hands.
Moira has an imaginary friend. His name is Max. He is a bunny. He is around her all the time. He is very naughty and gets in trouble a lot. She spend 2 hours yelling at him last night, mainly going "max! max! max!" It was giving me a headache! I told her if they can't play nicely he would have to go home and she threw herself on theground going "we'll get along! we'll get along!".
So much to catch up on!!! I don't even know where to begin! Grady is almost walking! I think he is trying to say "thank you". When he pics up toys he say "dank-que" Not sure exactly what this means.
Grady has started resisting his veggies. I put green beans, chicken and cheese on his tray and he picked up the green beans one by one and said "ought oh! ought oh! ought oh!" and threw them on the ground. So I got these freeze dried veggies from Raisin Rack. They are pretty good. I put them on his tray and he got all excited and went "ball! ball!" I couldn't figure out what he was talking about and then I realized he had the dried peas and was throwing them across the room. He thought they were balls! Ha ha!
